Businesses and organisations are being invited to sponsor our 30 horses.
Thanks to marvellous Burton manufacturer Hardy Signs Ltd, our horses will be made from compacted, recycled plastic to be environmentally friendly. Each horse will carry the name of its sponsor, or sponsors.
Artists will be invited to submit designs and the sponsors will be able to choose their favourite.
The trail will go live in June 2022 and for 10 weeks the horses will be in position around Burton.
After the trail ends, the horses will be auctioned to raise money for Burton Mind.
If you did the Burton Swans trail you can look forward to some new sites for our sculptures this time. A mobile app and printed map will help people to plot a route around the trail, learn about our sponsors and artists and unlock rewards.

A passionate believer in the value of community arts, Tilley has lead a number of public art events including ‘Burton Yarn Trent’, a model of the town created entirely from yarn by a group of over 20 local knitters and crocheters.
